Terms of Service

Hi, I'm Take it Isi!, a digital artist based in Chile. By commissioning me, you agree to the following (last updated 03/23/2021):

MODIFICATION POLICY

+You can ask for major changes in posing, clothing and overall appearence only during the digital sketch phase.

+You can ask for minor changes in posing, clothing and overall appearence up to the lineart phase.

+You can always change the colors until they are to your liking. I only ask you provide exact examples of the color you want.

REFUND POLICY

+If you cancel before the lineart is started, you get a 75% refund.

+If you cancel after the lineart is started and up to when it's done, you get a 50% refund.

+You can't cancel after the coloring has started.

TERMS OF USE

YOU MAY
+Distribute the illustration for personal use. (This includes making prints, stickers, buttons, etc. for noncommercial purpouses).

+Repost the illustration on your own social media. Credit is not necessary but appreciated.

+Edit/Crop the illustration up to a recognizable point.

+Use the illustration as a reference for future commissions with other artists. Credit is not necessary.

YOU MAY NOT:
+Claim the illustration as your own work.

+Distribute the illustration for commercial use. (Selling merchandise in any shape or form, use it in paid ads, create an NFT, etc.)

+Edit the illustration beyond a recognizable point.

+Make a base out of the illustration.

ARTIST'S TERMS OF USE

+I will post the illustration on my art social media and tag you (if applicable), unless you ask me otherwise. If that's the case, please tell me before I finish the commission.

+I might stream my workflow on Twitch, unless you ask me to keep the process private. Please tell me before I start the commission.

+I will never claim ownership of your OC's.

+I may use the illustration as an example in my portfolio or commission posts.
